Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to
issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records of the first
respondent pertaining to the "Tentative Provisional List of Candidates
Selected for appointment in the Recruitment of Post Graduate Assistants
(Physics) for the Government Higher Secondary Schools through
Employment Registration Seniority - 2010-2011, dated 04.04.2012 and
quash the same in so far as it relates to the selection of candidates under
"BC - others in general priority" and "General turn in General priority" and
consequently, direct the 1st respondent to select the petitioner for
appointment in the "Recruitment of Post Graduate Assistants (Physics) for
the Government Higher Secondary Schools through Employment
Registration seniority -2010-2011" by considering all priority categories in
all turns (inclusive of General and Community wise) by adopting an internal
roster as may be prepared on a direction of this Court.
