1. The challenge in this petition arises out of an order under Section 77A of the MCS Act appointing a committee of an Authorised Officer. It is submitted that the election process is almost over and the result of election shall be declared on 28th February, 2026.
2. In that view of the matter, at this stage, the petition need not be entertained. If the petitioner has any grievance in relation to the alleged illegalities in the election process, it shall be open to him to institute a dispute under Section 91 of the MCS Act.
