This witness has further stated that the injured Goli alias Jata Shankar had complaint pain on his testicles which was kept under observation and rest of the injuries were simple in nature and the said injuries could have been caused by lathi and could have been caused within one day as he stated that the said injuries could also be caused on 16.8.1983 at 8 a.m. He has proved the injury report of Goli alias Jata Shankar under his handwriting and signatures as Ex. Kha.1
