(a) and (b) Yes Sir.
The basic objective of the Scheme is to make available emergency ambulance services to animals in distress throughout the country by provision of appropriate assistance to competent governmental and non- governmental organisations working in the field. Under the scheme 90% of the cost is borne by the Central Government up to a maximum of Rs. 3.50 lakhs.
