Be that as it may, petitioners namely Rahul Kumar Choudhary, Guddu Sah, Mahendra Yadav (in Cr. Misc. No. 29000 of 2009), Paras Yadav and Ashok Sah (in Cr. Misc. No. 36174 of 2009) are directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi) P.S. Case No. 130 of 2009 on furnishing bail bonds of rupees ten thousand each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura subject to the conditions laid down under Sections 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
