17. PW13 SI Subhash Chand Yadav has deposed that on 02.09.2014, he was posted at MACT cell, South District as Sub Inspector. On that day, file of the present case was endorsed to him for conducting investigation. During investigation he collected documents pertaining to DAR from the legal heirs of the deceased to submit the same in MACT court. he got verified parcha 12 of the accused and collected FSL report of the deceased and placed the same on the file. As the investigation was completed, so he prepared the charge sheet and submitted the same in the court. Witness was not crossexamined despite opportunity.
