1. Learned senior counsel for the appellant makes an oral request for deletion of Google as a party respondent in the instant appeal. The prayer as made is granted. Let an amended memo of parties be consequently placed on the record formally.
2. Notice at this stage shall be issued to plaintiff/respondent no. 1. Although the said respondent is stated to have been placed on advance This is a digitally signed order.

3. Prima facie, we note that the issues which are raised in the instant appeal also form subject matter of consideration in an appeal numbered as FAO(OS)(COMM) 173/2022. We, consequently, tag this matter with the aforenoted appeal to be called on the date fixed i.e. 30.01.2024.
4. In the meanwhile and subject to the appellant taking appropriate steps for suspending and locking any registrations in respect of the domain name "sonyplaystationstores.com" that may be effected through its portal upon such registrations coming to its notice, no further coercive action shall be taken against the appellant.
