From reading of the writ petition including its relief it would appear that the matter is virtually between the authorities of the Government of India and the authorities of the Government of Bihar and has got nothing to do with the Land Acquisition Act. In fact the petitioner in paragraph-7 of the writ application has taken protection under Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Romaina Act, 1958 (in short AMASR Act) and the rules made thereunder.
