1. This hearing has been held through video conferencing.
2. This Court has been hearing 27 matters including the present matter, from time to time. Mr. Siddarth Mehra, ld. counsel appearing for M/s. V. Jethalal Ramji in CS (OS) 2159/2012 has been heard today. Mr. Sonal Sinha, ld. counsel appearing in CS (OS) 2074/2012 has also been heard. Submissions on behalf of all Defendants in support of Objections under Sections 30/33 of the Arbitration Act, 1940 stand concluded.
3. All the counsels for the Defendants are permitted to place on record 2 to 3 pages' note only restricting themselves to the legal issue relating to underwriter's obligations and the powers of the Court under Section 30 & 33 of Arbitration Act, 1940. The said notes be filed by the Defendants' counsels on or before 6th July, 2020 with advance copy to the Plaintiff.
