2. This batch of the writ petitions was taken up on 19.01.2026. On the request of learned Senior Advocates/ Advocates for the respective parties, the matters are listed before this Court today, enabling them to submit a list of the issue wise batch of cases. However, it could not be done.
3. Learned Senior Advocate(s)/Advocate(s) for the parties fairly submitted that they are facing difficulty to submit the list of the issue wise cases, in absence of issues framed by this Court.
4. From the materials available on record and after hearing the learned Senior Advocates/Advocates following Patna High Court CWJC No.11225 of 2025(11) dt.03-02-2026 43/44 issues are being framed hereunder.
(a) The dispute regarding award of marks in publication;
(b) The dispute pertaining to award of marks in lieu of experiences;
(c) The dispute regarding reservation benefits;
(d) The dispute regarding awarding of marks in interview;
(e) Final dispute regarding grant of marks in lieu of Awards;
(f) Besides the afore noted issues, it is submitted by the learned Senior Advocates/Advocates for the petitioners at Bar that the validity of the constitution of the Board, which conducted the interview of the candidates is also put to challenge, as the same is in the teeth of the terms of the amendment brought in the Bihar State University Service Commission Amendment Act, 2022.
5. Having formulated the issues afore noted, it is expected that the learned counsel appearing in the batch of writ petitions shall submit their case numbers by specifying the issue involved, in the office of Mr. Abhinav Shrivastava, learned Senior Advocate within a week.

6. After receipt of all the case numbers with their respective categorization of issue, the same shall be furnished to the Court Master of this Court by 12.02.2026.
