It is established from the investigation that A- 12 is an associate of CPI(Maoist), a banned terrorist organization declared Government of India. Accused A-12 procured potash from one Nyaz Ahamad, aged about 28 years, son of Mustaq Ahamad, resident of Beohari, PS Beohari, District Shahdol, Madhya Pradesh, a fire cracker shop owner. On receiving the potash from Nyaz, A-12 delivered the same to A-11 & A-7 at Chakradharpur, West Singhbhum, Jharkhand.
