2. The case of the petitioner is that the Teachers Recruitment Board called for applications on 3.7.2002 for filling up 50 posts in the cadre of P.G.Assistants (Commerce). Petitioner applied under the seats reserved for B.C., General as well as Burma repatriates. Petitioner appeared for the written examinations on 18.8.2002.
