Mahavir Prasad Jain nor there is dispute of family pedigree of respondent no.1 through upto his father Sh. Godha Ram. Smt. Gunwanti Devi (grandmother of petitioner) and Sh. Mahavir Prasad Jain (father of petitioner) had inducted Sh. Godha Ram as tenant and as tenancy devolved upon respondent no.1 through succession, the property also devolved Pages 15 of 26 RC ARC No. 5955 of 2016 Praveen Jain v. Govind Lal & Anr.
