CRM-45617-2024 This is an application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for preponement/early hearing of the case from 28.01.2025 to any early date as petitioner wants to withdraw the instant petition.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, same is allowed and the main case is taken on Board for today itself. Main case.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states since the matter has been compromised, therefore, he has instructions to withdraw the present petition seeking quashing of complaint bearing No.NACT/181/2020 dated 18.03.2020 under Section 138 of NI Act.
