It has been stated that petitioners have participated in the
process of recruitment on the post of Basic Computer Instructor
and petitioners stand in merit, however, they have questioned
answers of few questions in this writ petition. It has been further
stated that since respondents are going to complete the selection
process, therefore, petitioners at least may be permitted to
appear before respondents for document verification.
Issue notice.
Copy of the writ petition may be served in the office of
Advocate Nalin G. Narain, AGC who is appearing for respondents
in other connected matter. His name be shown in the cause list.
In the meanwhile, petitioners are permitted to appear before the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board for their document verification and the same may be permitted by respondents.
Let this writ petition be listed alongwith S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.13994/2022 on 31st January, 2023.
