Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to pass an interim order directing the 3rd respondent to approve
the appointment of the petitioner as H.S.T (Hindi) provisionally, pending
disposal of this writ petition
This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
M/s. POOVAMULLE PARAMBIL ABDUL KAREEM and K.N.KUMARASWAMY SARMA, Advocates
for the petitioner, GOVERNMENT PLEADER for R1 to R3, the court passed the
following:
ORDER
Government Pleader to place on record a counter affidavit.
There will be an interim direction to the 3rd respondent to provisionally approve the appointment of the petitioner and grant the consequential benefits in the scale of pay.
