5.4 Mr. Majmudar further submitted that the
original complainant has produced recording of the
telephonic conversation before the ACB officials and filed
complaint and thereafter trap was laid and the bribe
amount was given to the original accused no.2, which was
recovered and Rs.2,60,000/- Indian currency and
Rs.52,500/- Dollars were recovered from the Car of the
petitioner. On 10.11.2016, the original accused no.2 lend
his voice samples for voice spectrographic test, but the
petitioner denied to lend his voice sample.
