7. He has stated that the alleged offending vehicle was not even on road at the time of alleged accident as per time table given by State Transport Authority but was parked at New Moti Nagar.

8. However, it is stated that the answering respondent was having valid driving license, badge to drive the bus and the same was being plied on valid permit.
