        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to Stay the Award
   dated 27.07.2022 passed by the MACT, Vatakara in OP(MV) No. 512/2019 till
   the final disposal of the Appeal.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of SRI. P.G.GANAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of SRI. GEORGE
   SEBASTIAN, Counsel for the Caveator (respondent No.1) and M/S.
   U.P.BALAKRISHNAN & C.H.ABDUL RASAC Advocates for the respondents No.2 and
   3, the court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

There will be an order of stay as prayed for subject to the condition that the petitioner/appellant shall deposit 50% of the amount with interest accrued thereon till the date of deposit. The order of stay will operate only from the date of deposit.
