20. Mr. T. Singhdev, learned counsel enters appearance and accepts notice on behalf of defendant no.1 and Mr. Aditya Gupta, learned counsel enters appearance and accepts notice on behalf of defendant no.2 Google.

21. After some arguments on the interim application, it is deemed appropriate to provide an opportunity to the defendants to file their reply to the said application. The same be done within ten days from the date with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the plaintiff. Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed within three days thereafter.

22. In the above circumstances, let the plaint be registered as a suit.

23. Issue summons of the suit to the defendants upon filing of the process fee through all permissible modes.
