2. The above matter is placed on board for speaking to the minutes of order dated 29 th January, 2019. The learned counsel for the respondent No.4 submitted that there is an inadvertent mistake in the appearance of the advocate in the cause-title of the said order. He submitted that it has been inadvertently mentioned that Mr. A. Y. Sakhare, Senior Advocate a/w Mr. J.J. Carloes is instructed by "MGK Legal for Respondent Nos.2 and 3" instead of "Mr. Raviraj R. Shinde for the Respondent No.4". Thus, the last appearance be substituted and read as "Mr. A. Y. Sakhare, Senior Advocate a/w Mr. J. J. Carloes and Mr. Raviraj R. Shinde for the Respondent No.4." The order dated 29th January, 2019, be corrected accordingly.
