ORDER
1. The criminal petition filed under section 439 of Cr.P.C. is allowed.
2. The petitioner/accused by name Karabasappa S/o Ningappa Kodihalli, R/o Yattinahalli, Tq & Dist: Haveri, in Crime No.0053/2021 of Haveri Rural Police Station, pending in Spl.SC/ST Case No.27/2021 on the file of I Addl. District and Session Judge and Special Judge., Haveri, registered for the offences punishable under sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Section 3(1)(r), 3(2)(v) and 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015, shall be released on bail, subject to the following conditions.
