Counsel for petitioners states that petitioners participated in the process of direct recruitment for the post of Basic Computer Instructor pursuant to advertisement dated 01.02.2022 and written examination was conducted on 18.06.2022 wherein the petitioners secured aggregate higher marks than the last cut off marks of the selected candidate, but as minimum 40% marks in each paper were not secured, therefore, appointment to petitioners has been declined.
