It was submitted that RGUHS had arbitrarily changed procedure of evaluations and computation of results only in respect to odd batch of students, whilst applying earlier procedure to regular RS-3 students. Therefore, impugned Amended CAP-2022, was entirely arbitrary and illegal and sought for allowing writ petition.
17. Sri Aditya Sondhi, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Sri Parashuram A.L., advocate for petitioner in W.P.no.19983/2023, submitted that petitioners therein were 153 students of RS-3 batch. It was submitted that bare perusal of Digital Valuation Slips at Annexure-F would clearly demonstrate erratic evaluation. It was submitted that CAP- 2022 issued on 05.09.2022 under Section 35 of RGUHS Act
