On verification of the answer scripts, in view of the discrepancies found in the valuation by two examiners and it appears that the directions issued in Dr. P. Kishore Kumar and others vs. State of A.P. and others,1 are not strictly followed, in the prima facie opinion of this Court, it is appropriate to direct the 2nd Respondent to get the answer scripts of the petitioner to evaluate once again digitally by identifying two fresh examiners.

Accordingly, the 2nd Respondent is directed to get the answer scripts of the petitioner for the Surgery subject, to evaluate once again digitally by identifying two fresh examiners. The corrected answer scripts must be preserved for future relief. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four (4) weeks from today.
