JUDGMENT
Petitioner approached this court aggrieved by Ext.P5 wherein there was a proposal to revert the petitioner as Accountant. This court by order dated 28-5-2004 granted an interim relief directing the respondents not to revert the petitioner from the post of Project Officer. In the meanwhile the petitioner has retired from service. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order making it clear that in case the petitioner has still any grievance left he may approach the first respondent in which case appropriate action will be taken in the matter with notice to the petitioner within another three months.
