Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to direct the 5th
respondent to evaluate the service records and see if any further amount
is due to the Board within a time frame and also a direction to the said
respondent to start disbursing the pension based on the amount so far
actually transferred to the pension fund by the 2nd respondent bank, in
the interest of justice.
This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated
16-11-2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SHAJI THOMAS, MOHAN
