Ltd, it is seen that M/s Kalyani Suppliers Pvt. Ltd. has shown to have ITA No. 54 & 55/JP/2022 & CO No. 4 & 3/JP/2022 M/s N. M. Agrofood Products Pvt. Ltd. & Suresh Kumar Gupta engaged in huge volume of sale/ purchase, however, the corresponding net profit that it is offering to tax is very low. Further, the turnover has decreased by more than 5 times from A.Y. 2014 15 to A.Y. 2015-16.

However, the corresponding net profit has marginally increased which is in itself illogical and cannot be reasonably explained.
