Lastly, Mr. Chandra has submitted that there is an aspect of public interest also involved in the case inasmuch, as, the public should not be misled due to the misrepresentation made by the defendants by adopting identical tread pattern in respect of their tyre into believing that the same comes from a well known brand of the plaintiff. He further submits that the defendants cannot take advantage of minor drafting errors and inaccuracies on which nothing, otherwise, turns.
