1. It is the case of the prosecution that the applicant, in connivance with his father, has executed a backdated agreement, which would create an impediment on his part, to enjoy the land, which the complainant has purchased from the applicant's father. The complainant alleged that in order to deprive him of the fruits of the property, which he had acquired after parting with the entire consideration and part of which is received by the company in which the applicant is a M.M.Salgaonkar 2/2 18 ABA-2550-22.doc Director, he is sought to be denuded of right by forging the document, pretending that it is executed in the year 2008 by which, an interest is created in a portion of land, in favour of the company, in which the father and son both are Directors, by the father himself. The complainant alleges forgery in the said document and pursuant to the said complaint, the C.R. is registered.
