Counsel for petitioner states that petitioner has participated in the process of recruitment on the post of Basic Computer Instructor and petitioner secured aggregate higher marks than the last cut off marks of the selected candidate, but as minimum 40% marks in each paper were not secured, therefore, appointment to petitioner has been declined. Further, petitioner has also questioned answers of few questions by way of this writ petition.
