2. On 25.4.2024, this Court passed the following order :

"1. Not on board. Upon producing praecipe, taken on board.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Applicant.

3. Issue notice Respondents, returnable on 8th July, 2024.

4. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the applicant and reasons mentioned in the application, the impugned order passed by the Tribunal is stayed till next date subject to deposit of the entire award amount along with interest accrued thereon before the Tribunal within eight weeks from today."

3. Learned counsel for the applicant - Insurance Company submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the applicant - Insurance Company has already depsoited the entire amount of compensation. In that view of matter, the Dinesh S. Sherla 1/2 ::: Uploaded on - 10/08/2024 ::: Downloaded on - 22/08/2024 03:25:09 ::: 40-iast-8149-24 in fast-12397-24.doc interim order passed by this Court dated 25.4.2024 shall remain in force till disposal of the first appeal.
