The petitioners, who are fishermen registered with Matsyafed, applied for kerosene permit before the Supply Officer, who rejected the same as per Ext.P2 order. They have now approached the District Collector with Ext.P3 representation seeking a review of the order and further appropriate orders.

3. In the result, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to look into Ext.P3 and take appropriate action within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
