In that view of the mater, I make it clear that the stay of execution of the decrees in Ejectment Suit No.909 of 2000 and Ejectment Suit No.916 of 2000 stands vacated. I propose to hear out and dispose of this revisional application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India on the next date.
However, I make it clear that pendency of this application before this court will not be a reason or ground for adjourning the execution proceedings pending before the court below.
