The Investigating Officer therefore, is hereby directed to file detailed additional affidavit pointing out further investigation and the total houses of Paradhi ( ikj/kh ) community staying in the said area and out of them, how many houses have got burnt in the incident. He is also directed to submit an additional information as regards the fact that after the incident, where the victims are residing now and also about the total population of Paradhi (ikj/kh ) as well as Dhangar (/kuxj) community in the said vicinity/village. The affidavit should be filed after going through the contents of all the submissions filed by the accused/applicants.
