1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 08.07.2023 seeking information on the following points:

1. Attested photocopy of the application for the post of Associate Professor submitted by the Acting Principal of the Mahavidyalaya Mr. B K Singhdev.
2. Attested photocopy of the list of members/office bearers of the committee nominated by the Central Sanskrit University for the selection of Mr. B K Singhdev as an Associate Professor in the Mahavidyalaya.

3. Attested photocopy of the record of date and place of interview for the post of Associate Professor by the committee mentioned in point number 2.
4. Attested photocopy of the report prepared to confirm the promotion of Shri B K Singhdev to the post of Associate Professor.
5. With reference to point number 4, attested photocopy of the record related to the date of promotion of Shri B K Singhdev and the date of its implementation.
6. Attested photocopy of records related to the requirements fulfilled by Mr. B K Singhdev for promotion to the post of Associate Professor, books published, area in which research was presented, etc.

2. The CPIO, Central Sanskrit University, replied vide letter dated 09.08.2023 and the same is reproduced as under :-

1-6: The information Sought in the points no. 01 to 06 is related to Shri Bhagwandas Adarsh Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya, PO-Guruku! Kangri, Distt- Haridwar, Uttarakhand-249404. As per rule no.-66 of Revised Adarsh Scheme, 2012, the Principal/Director of ASM/ASSS is a Public Information Officer and Chairperson of Management Committee of ASM/ASSS is the First Appellate Authority. Therefore, point no. 01 to 06 of above mentioned RTI application is being transferred as per RTI Act, 2005 under section 6(3)(ii) to the Public Information Officer, Shri Bhagwandas Adarsh Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya, PO- Gurukul Kangri, Distt-Haridwar, Uttarakhand-249404 to provide the necessary information directly to the applicant under the intimation to Central Sanskrit University, New Delhi. etc. The CPIO, Shri Bhagawandas Aadarsh Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya, replied vide letter dated 30.09.2023 and the same is reproduced as under:-
