The present writ petition is filed seeking to declare the inaction of the respondents in failure to regularize the petitioners' houses bearing Nos.5-12/5, 5-12/3 and 5-12/6 situated in Survey Nos.174/2 and 173/3 of Marikavalasa, Paradesipalem, Visakhapatnam Rural Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, without considering the online applications made by the petitioners on 28.02.2020 and the subsequent representation dated 29.05.2023 as illegal and arbitrary.
