Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to approach the respondents by way of a representation for grant of relaxation under provisions of Rule 44 of Rajasthan Educational (State and Subordinate) Service Rules, 2021 and the respondents be directed to decide the same appropriately and expeditiously.
