Prosecution commenced its evidence.
Dr.U.S. Sooch PW-1 on 26th August, 1992 at about 4.40 p.m. had medico legally examined complainant Sher Singh. He found following injuries on the person of complainant:
"1. Incised wound 7" x ½" x bone deep on the top vertex, starting from the right frontal region. 1 ½"
lateral to the mid line going across the mid line Criminal Appeal No.1173-SB of 2000 to the left parietal region with profuse bleeding and underneath bones were cut. There was paralysis of the right lower limb and paresis of the right upper limb. Injury was referred to the Surgical Specialist for expert opinion.
