The petitioner is assailing the impugned order passed by the First Additional Labour Court, Bangalore (hereinafter referred to as "the Labour Court" for the sake of convenience) dated 07.08.2013 in ID No.31/2011, whereby, the claim statement filed under Section 10(4-A) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 ("the ID Act" for short) was rejected.
2. The petitioner was appointed as a "Company Apprentice" on 30.06.2009 with stipend, the payment of stipend was revised with effect from 01.11.2010. The respondent - management terminated the services of the petitioner on 20.09.2011. An industrial dispute was raised by the petitioner and the Labour Court, by adjudicating the dispute, rejected the claim of the petitioner.
