The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the disputed property situated at Tamil Nadu and the said property was registered before the Sub Registration office, Parasaala, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala State in the year 1992. The first respondent, being a public body of a Government of India, are in possession and enjoyment of the afore said property. The petitioner made a representation to the first respondent and the police authorities to evict the first respondent from the year 1994 onwards, but the same was not considered and the first respondent are not vacate the premises till date. Originally, a sale deed was registered before the SRO, Parasalai in the year 1992. Subsequently, in the year 1994, the said sale deed was unilaterally cancelled vide document No.1831/1994 by the SRO, Parasalai on 22.02.1994. Challenging the said cancellation order, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition before this Court.
