3. Mr. T. Singhdev, learned counsel appears on advance notice on behalf of the sole respondent, National Medical Commission and accepts notice. As the National Medical Commission has been constituted by the National Medical Commission Act, 2019, which has been brought into effect only on 24.09.2020, Mr. Singhdev seeks time to take instructions and file a vakalatnama, once he is formally engaged.
4. Time as sought is granted. Mr. Singhdev may take instructions before the next date of hearing.
5. Notice be issued to the newly impleaded respondent No.2. In addition, notice may be served by e-mail on the e-mail address of the learned Standing Counsel.
6. Mr. Singhdev states that various other writ petitions are pending before this Court challenging the order of the University dated 10.07.2020 (Annexure P-5 to the writ petition), which has been issued consequent upon the impugned communication of the Medical Council of India dated 18.03.2020 (Annexure P-1 to the writ petition). He states that the said writ petitions [W.P.(C) 5769/2020, W.P.(C) 5953/2020, W.P.(C) 5870/2020 & W.P.(C) 6761/2020] are scheduled to be listed before a Coordinate Bench on 13.10.2020.
