When this matter is taken up for hearing, it is stated by Mr. Narasimha Rao, learned counsel, representing Mr. K.Srinivasa Prasad, learned Counsel for the petitioner that the matter has become infructuous.

Mr. N.A.Ramachandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for APPSC also submits that nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

In view of the submissions made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
