Challenge in these 'Appeals' is to the `Impugned Order' dated 29.01.2021 in IA(IBC)/21/KOB/2021 in TIBA/03/KOB/2019, passed by the 'Adjudicating Authority' (National Company Law Tribunal, Kochi Bench, Kerala), by which 'Order', the 'Application' filed by the Resolution Professional ('RP') seeking approval of the 'Resolution Plan' under Section 30(1) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as 'The Code'), was approved by the 'Adjudicating Authority' with the following directions:
