Evidently, the ejectment order was passed in respect of shop bearing private No.7 forming part of property bearing AMC No.442-E/8135-8131, B-IV situated in Mandi Bali Ram, Ambala City. This property is having defined dimensions as shown in the petition under Section 13 of Haryana Urban (Control of Rent & Eviction) Act, 1973.
