As per prosecution story, one ATM Machine of the SBI is installed at the house of Nagendra Prasad at Ramjichak, Digha, Patna. On 22.06.2020 during the period 8:40 A.M. to 9:05 A.M. money has been withdrawn. When the cash came out of the ATM Machine they put a scale like plate in between the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18210 of 2021(2) dt.12-03-2021 shutter and the cash got struck in the shutter and after sometime cash is taken out from the shutter. They money debited from the ATM card got credited after few minutes and the ATM Machine was damaged by the unknown persons.
