Upon the appearance of accused, notice of accusation under section 251 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter 'CrPC') was framed on 26.10.2023 and substance of allegations against the accused was accordingly explained to him to which the accused pleaded not guilty and claimed trial. The same was duly recorded alongwith his plea of defence.
