In the said charge memo, it had been stated that the petitioner as Superintendent was asked to seek explanation from the nursing staff at Kunichi as to why inoculation of children was not conducted on 04.12.2024. It is contended that there was a delay in taking necessary steps seeking explanation from nursing staffs. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis ( Uploaded on: 08/05/2025 04:15:54 pm ) the petitioner was not directly responsible for the inoculation program and was also not in a position to issue a show cause notice. It is contended that the charge memo had been issued with malafide intention.
4. But however, an enquiry has to be made with respect to non inoculation of the children and if any child had been omitted to be inoculated, the health of that particular child would be affected. The role of the petitioner can be examined and determined only during the course of enquiry. The petitioner may therefore give necessary explanation.
5. The respondents may file their counter. Call the matter on 16.06.2025. The respondents may furnish necessary documents as stated in the annexure to the charge memo and also the list of witnesses as stated in the annexure to the charge memo to the petitioner.
