This Writ Petition has been filed against the action of Respondent No.2 in conducting the digital evaluation process of MBBS examination answer scripts, which is contrary to the principles laid down in Dr.P. Kishore Kumar v State of Andhra Pradesh. Pending Writ Petition, two Interlocutory Applications are filed seeking the following reliefs:
I.A.No.1 of 2022: To direct the respondents to produce the answer scripts for examination by this Hon'ble Court.
I.A.No.2 of 2022: To direct respondent No.2 to allow the petitioner to appear for the 3rd year MBBS examination to be held in March, 2022. While considering the relief in I.A.No.1 of 2022, this Court, by Order dated 09.02.2022 directed respondent No.2 to depute any responsible officer from the university and technicians, who are conversant with the digital evaluation of the answer scripts relating to the present Writ Petition before this Court along with the relevant answer sheets on 23.02.2022 at 02.15 pm. This Court directed the petitioner also physically present before this Court.
