CWP no.5656 of 2012.doc -2- (2). Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and
considering the contention raised on his behalf, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Secretary of SGPC to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation/appeal by passing a speaking order. The above-stated Authority shall be obligated to meet with the above-mentioned specific contention raised by the petitioner, who shall be at liberty to supplement the appeal/representation within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. (3). Appropriate order shall be passed by the Secretary of the respondent within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
